Lakshmi Pratury is a business leader, entrepreneur, curator, and former venture capitalist. Her riveting personality and penchant for technological innovation and community building have led her to her current avatar as founder and CEO of INK which stands for knowledge and innovation. INK is also a metaphor for building a platform where we write our future together. Lakshmi has also served as director and co-host of the SingularityU India Summit in association with INK. In 2009, she co-hosted TEDIndia in Mysore alongside Chris Anderson, the curator of the conference. Thomas Muthoot is the executive director of Muthoot Fincorp Limited and the Managing Director of Muthoot Microfin Limited. He has an experience of over 30 years in the field of financial services. An expert in microcredit and micro-savings business with a great desire to serve the masses, he has initiated and commenced several businesses including automotive retail, two-wheeler finance, and affordable housing finance. He was also instrumental in setting up of one of Kerala’s first IT parks established through a public-private partnership, Muthoot Technopolis. He currently handles the various positions such as Chief Executive Officer in Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) and Chairman of Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (KDISC). Mr. Abraham has over 38 years of experience in various sectors such as the financial sector, public finance, higher education, social sector, administration, and governance as well as in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing major IT systems and managing project teams. He also has, held various prestigious positions such as Chief Secretary of Government of Kerala and Senior and Middle-Level Administrative Positions in the Indian Administrative Service and was a Whole Time Member of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) during the period from 2008 - 2011.

Dr. Anusha Ravi is the CEO of Park Group of Institutions, a pioneer in education run by park trust - a charitable trust providing education to nearly 20,000 students. Started in 1970 as a primary school in Tirupur, it now has nearly 20 institutions – including B- Schools, Engineering Colleges, Architecture, Aeronautical Sciences, Aircraft Maintenance Training, Marine, Arts and Science College, Nursing and Physiotherapy, Community College, Teacher Training Institute, International Schools, Residential Schools, Nursery and Primary Schools – under its wing in Chennai, Coimbatore and Tirupur. C Balagopal studied Economics at Loyola College and later joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1977 and worked in various posts in Manipur and Kerala. He resigned from the IAS in 1983, to set up a company using know-how developed at SCTIMST, Trivandrum with the support of the National Research & Development Corporation and KSIDC to manufacture indigenously developed biomedical devices for the first time in the country. This came to be known as Terumo Penpol Ltd. and is today one of the biggest manufacturers and exporters of hi-tech blood bag systems in the world. He is also the founder of ANAHA Trust, set up to support social entrepreneurship in the fields of primary education and public health with a focus on rural areas. He is a Charter member and first President of TiE Kerala and is a member of the Ethics Committee of Rajiv Gandhi Center for Biotechnology, member of the Board of Directors of India’s first medical devices incubator TIMed set up by SCTIMST, and an independent director on the Board of the Federal Bank Ltd. He started his career at HCL, was the Center Coordinator of CDAC India’s Supercomputer initiative and later he became the Founder CEO of Technopark, an initiative of Govt. of Kerala, wherein, he conceptualized, planned, implemented and marketed India’s first Electronic Technology Park. His over 40 year career also includes several leading roles with the government including being part of the Member of Kerala State Planning Board 2011-2016 where he set up the working group for the first time in the area of disabilities. He was also a Member of a High-Power Committee that conceptualized, implemented, and oversaw several programs including Cochlear Implant Program and a Member of the Expert Advisory Panel constituted by Govt. of Kerala to advise on the delivery of Digital Services to the people and corporates. He is a regular part of CII, NASSCOM, INK and TiE where he gets to interact with start-ups, and understands the various trends happening across the world of technology and business.

Vijay Arisetty is the Co-founder and CEO of MyGate. An alumnus of National Defence Academy, Vijay spent 10 years as a helicopter pilot with the Indian Air Force before attending Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Dr. Vishal Rao is one of the most notable cancer surgeons in Bangalore. He has over 18 patents filed for medical innovations; and is the inventor of Aum Voice Prosthesis, a 1$ speaking device that helps throat cancer patients regain their voice. Aum is considered among the top 100 social innovations across the globe, recognized by the BBC, Harvard Business Review and Forbes. A TEDx speaker, Dr Rao is the recipient of several awards: Honorary FRCS by the Royal College of Surgeons, Glasgow; Judy Wilkenfeld Award (2017); Varshada Kannadiga Award 2018; and Rotary Vocational Training Award (2016).
Presently the editor of journal of precision oncology, Dr Rao has more than 100 national and international publications to his credit, and is a reviewer for 10 international journals. He is a visiting faculty for the leadership programs in John Hopkins University.
Closely connected to various organisations, he is the Principal Scientific Advisor to Covid Consultative Group, Govt of India; an international advisor to WHO Tobacco Free Initiatives; and a member of High Powered committee on tobacco and cancer control, Govt of Karnataka, among others.

Vivek Bhargava

A digital marketing veteran with over two decades of experience, Vivek Bhargava is the CEO of DAN Performance Group, heading all the digital performance agencies under it. He is also one of the three partners running the recently launched Dentsu venture fund. A frontrunner in the digital revolution in India, Vivek started his career in 1997 when he founded Communicate 2.
